Status Code Table

As part of the case management and tracking capabilities of the system, Status Codes provide workers with the ability to monitor certain actions and age those actions. In the Enforcement Tab of the Activity Tracking page users enter actions taken on the case including those actions designated in the table below. The actions are they monitored, aged and counted for federal reporting purposes. Reports are generated based these codes and case workers are able to know the status of their cases, those requiring attention, etc. This table can be modified by designated users to suit your agency’s needs.
